I feel really bad for these brothers, they must be going through a really bad time right now. Not only are they in the hospital recovering from being mauled, but their best friend was killed. It’s only right that the tiger was shot and killed by the police. The tiger should never have been able to escape from his surroundings in the zoo, that’s just not right. Zoo’s are supposed to be for fun family events, where you don’t have to be worried that at any moment you could possibly get killed just for being there. You can’t tell me that no one else has ever taunted an animal before. Kids do it all the time, it just happens. For a tiger to be able to escape and kill someone is absolutely horrible, and I hope that the zoo has to pay for this. You can’t put a price on someone’s life, we all know that, but maybe this will make them realize that these are wild animals they’re doing with, and accidents like this happen. Security has to be updated, and nothing like this should ever happen again.

I completely agree with miss g4rubber on this subject. The prices are indeed a tad bit too high, and yada yada yada, shame on those companies. Get real though! It's absolutely ridiculous that this is making world news, and is creating the hysteria that it is. Come on people, it's Hannah Montana, a Disney star. The bigger problem is that she's just a teenager who sings and makes millions. That money that parents are spending to let their child see a concert should maybe be put towards something important, like lets say college for example. Yes, it is ridiculous that the prices are so high, but your child will probably be begging for a pony or something else next week, and will have completely have forgotten about the "can't miss, once in a lifetime" Hannah Montana concert.

"If women today had to live a day in the life of a woman in the 50’s, I don’t think they would survive at all. If they were to do this, I think they would be significantly happier."

Are you saying that that life was harder than most people believe, or are you referring to lack of opportunity?

And in the second sentence, are you saying that if women today knew what it was like to be a woman in the 50's, they would be more appreciative of their current lifesyles?

Petroleum products such as gasoline are commodities that are obtained and sold for profits. Shouldn't companies be entitled to the biggest profit they can make? Shouldn't they be able to charge as much as people are willing to pay?

That being said, the government has failed citizens by not only allowing, but actively encouraging, lifesyles heavily dependent upon cheap gas. As it becomes more expensive, citizens will be left wondering what they should do. (25/25)
